A built-to-order forged Gen III HEMI short block for 6.4L Challenger, Charger, Chrysler 300, Jeep SRT, and Durango SRT applications. Designed for customers who want a stronger foundation for naturally aspirated, supercharged, or turbocharged street combinations without stepping into a full race-engine build — machined right, documented, and ready to support your power goals.

Built to order. Final fitment, intended use, fuel type, power goal, and current lead time must be confirmed before production begins.

Standard Build Includes:

• OEM 6.4L Gen III HEMI iron block
• OEM forged 6.4L crankshaft
• Mahle 2618 forged pistons
• Molnar 6.200-inch H-beam connecting rods
• Piston rings, wrist pins & locks
• ACL rod bearings
• Clevite main and thrust bearings
• Block cleaning & inspection
• Cylinder measurement, honing & standard machine preparation
• Crankshaft inspection & standard polishing as required
• Rotating assembly balancing
• Piston ring fitting
• Complete short block assembly
• Documented final bearing clearances & assembly measurements

Block & Crank Options:

Customer-Supplied Serviceable Block & Crank Pricing requires a usable 6.4L block and crankshaft. Parts that fail inspection, require sleeving, extensive crankshaft repair, or additional machine work will require a revised quote.

Luckey Racing Block & Crank Supplied Luckey Racing provides the block and crankshaft from available inventory. Availability is subject to confirmation before the build begins.

Not Included:

• Cylinder heads or long-block assembly
• Camshaft, lifters, timing components, or oil pump
• Oil pan, covers, gaskets, sensors, or accessories
• Removal, teardown, or reinstallation of the customer's engine
• Fluids, startup, tuning, or dyno testing
• Freight, crating, or return shipping
• Sleeving, deck repair, crankshaft repair, or other non-standard machine work

Ordering Process:

1. Place the order or contact Luckey Racing to begin the build
2. We confirm the vehicle, engine combination, power goal, fuel type, and intended use
3. The block and crankshaft are inspected before final production approval
4. Any required changes or additional machine work are quoted before proceeding
